Dr Rob Caudwell is a general practitioner and director of R&B Clinical in Southport. He specialises in musculoskeletal medicine, joint injections, chronic disease management, medical weight management, migraines, frailty, and paediatrics.
Dr Caudwell qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2000 with a Bachelor of Medicine degree and undertook his training in several hospitals in the North West of England, such as Southport, Ormskirk, Aintree, Warrington, and Arrowe Park. Dr Caudwell is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and has a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. In 2004, he became a GP partner in Southport, currently of 2 general practices.
Dr Caudwell had been the chair of the NHS Southport and Formby Clinical Commissioning Group from 2014 to 2022, and is currently on the Sefton Local Medical Committee. He is the clinical director for Sefton Place, part of the Cheshire and Merseyside integrated care board, and of the Southport and Formby Primary Care Network.
